Applicable to custom artwork provided by customers
After the customer completes the payment, please email or upload the artwork to us on Google Drive.

Customers please fill in the order number in the email subject for follow-up.
KreActors Hong Kong will send the final design to the customer via WhatsApp/ email within 4 working days for confirmation.
After the customer completes the confirmation, production will be arranged as soon as possible.
The customer can revise the manuscript up to 2 times. Once the manuscript is confirmed, no modifications will be accepted.
File format: .ai .jpeg .psd .png
DPI: 300dpi or above recommended
DESIGN & MAKE
Applicable to custom artwork produced by KreAtors
After the customer completes the payment, he or she can convey the design concept to us via email or Wtsapp, and KreAtors will design it for you.
